With our most recent software release RELATRIX has made a big step to help our customers empower non-admin users to function as Group Coordinators in your system.

Groups now show-up when a user signs into to their RELATRIX account, which means your volunteers, partners, staff or other users can see all of the groups they subscribed to, or been assigned to.

Coordinators function as the point of contact for a Group, so members can reach them via email. At the same time Coordinators can leave notes about plans and events for group members to view when they sign-in to their account.

Going forward, Group Coordinators will become an even more useful role, as we allow them to create content – such as events, volunteer opportunities, downloadable documents, etc for their group members. All this content remains managed inside your Relatrix system.

Relatrix administrators can also add content to share with specific groups. So if your school has a standard waiver document for field trips and need all members of a group called ‘5th Grade Parent Volunteers’ to complete it, you can add that content so that it appears for group members to see and download.

There’s an unbelievable number of ways you can use Groups within your RELATRIX system. It’s particularly valuable when you’re working with volunteers or partners at your school or district. Groups expand the way you can bring more users into interacting and engaging with your system and help reduce the workload on your campus staff.
